Corporate Headshot Pricing
Normally, we charge a travel, setup, and equipment fee of $1,000 per shoot date, plus $350 per person, with lower rates when there are 8 or more people.
Here's a chart outlining our volume pricing, which includes the cost per hour and the number of individuals that can be accommodated. We like the pace of 7-8 people per hour, so we can do our full expression coaching process.
This includes:
Travel, set up, and photograph at your offices.
All the prep and planning.
Landing Page with prep notes and scheduling.
Managing communication with the team about the shooting process.
Automated Email reminders with wardrobe suggestions and prep notes.
Emails and guidance throughout the selection and delivery process.
Light retouching, color correction, and one final image per person.
Unlimited usage.
For makeup Artist: Add $800 for 1/2 day.
